Strawberry ice cream:
125 gr sugar
250 gr strawberries
250 gr cream
Crush the strawberries, add the sugar and mix.
Lightly whip the cream and add it to the previous mixture.
Beat the mixture for 2 minutes and leave it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove what you have prepared from the freezer and whisk it vigorously.
Put the ice cream back in the freezer until it’s time to serve.
Chocolate crumble:
100 gr flour
100 gr butter
70 gr of sugar
30 gr cocoa powder
Mix the ingredients together and bake them on a well-stretched silpat, paying attention to the edges. To avoid burning, stir every 5 minutes. If it’s a nice colour, take it out of the oven. While it’s hot, it will be soft; once it cools, it should have the texture of a biscuit.
Finally, add the diced strawberries.

333 gr strawberries
100 gr Sugar
Halve and blend Use mint leaves to decorate
